Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Frontline Safari Tanzania.
  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from our team.
  • Full payment is required prior to the start of the safari or climb as specified in your invoice.

2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Frontline Safari Tanzania reserves the right to cancel bookings if full payment is not received on time.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation fees are as follows:
    • More than 60 days before departure: 25% of total cost
    • 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
    • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable bank charges.

4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Frontline Safari Tanzania reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Road or park closures
    • Safety or security concerns
    • Force majeure events
  • Any changes will be communicated promptly, and alternative arrangements will be provided whenever possible.

5. Health and Fitness

  • Travelers must be in good health and physically fit for their chosen safari or climb.
  • Clients must consult a doctor prior to departure, especially for high-altitude climbs like Kilimanjaro or Mount Meru.
  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

6. Travel Insurance

  • All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering:
    • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
    • Trip cancellation or interruption
    • Lost luggage or personal belongings
  • Frontline Safari Tanzania is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses not covered by insurance.

7. Safety

  • Clients must follow all instructions from guides, rangers, and staff at all times.
  • Frontline Safari Tanzania cannot be held responsible for incidents resulting from reckless behavior or ignoring safety instructions.

8. Liability

  • Frontline Safari Tanzania acts as a tour operator only. Transportation, accommodation, and activities are provided by third parties under our supervision.
  • We are not liable for any delays, accidents, or losses caused by:
    • Acts of nature
    • Political unrest or civil disturbances
    • Airline or transport delays
    • Third-party service failures
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the package paid by the client.

9. Photography and Media

  • Frontline Safari Tanzania may take photographs or videos during safaris for promotional purposes.
  • By participating, clients consent to the use of such images unless written notice is given prior to the trip.

10. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery.
  • We do not share client data with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
