The 7 Days Lemosho Route is one of the most scenic and successful ways to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Trek to Barafu Camp at 4,600 meters in preparation for the midnight summit climb. Around midnight, begin your ascent under the stars to Gilman’s Point and onward to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. After sunrise and photos, descend to Barafu for a short break and continue to Mweka Camp at 3,100 meters for overnight recovery.
Day 7
Descend through the rainforest to Mweka Gate, signing out with your official summit certificate. Transfer back to your hotel in Moshi for a well-deserved shower and celebration. Reflect on the extraordinary journey, having safely conquered Kilimanjaro via the scenic and rewarding Machame Route.
