Trip Itinerary

DAY 1

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Depart Arusha in the morning and journey to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most wildlife-rich destinations. Enjoy an extensive game drive through landscapes famed for large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and abundant wildlife along the Tarangire River. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park.

In the late evining, continue to the karatu area and transfer to your lodge for check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.

DAY 2

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive with picnic lunch. The crater hosts one of Africa’s highest concentrations of wildlife, including lions, buffalo, elephants, hippos, and—if fortunate sightings occur—the rare black rhinoceros.

In the afternoon, ascend from the crater and return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

DAY 3

Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its lush groundwater forest, large baboon troops, flamingos, and diverse birdlife. The park is also famous for its unique tree-climbing lions.

Following the game drive, return to Arusha for hotel or airport drop-off, marking the end of your memorable safari with Frontline Safari Tanzania.
